Full Journal pdf2001-05-07 House Journal Page 1656 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 15 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 177, placing certain special interest organizations within the definition of "group" for purposes of Alaska's campaign finance statutes; and requiring disclosure of the true source of campaign contributions. Representative James placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall SCR 15 pass the House?" Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on SCR 15.
