The roll was taken with the following result: SCR 23 Second Reading Final Passage YEAS: 37 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Berkowitz, Bunde, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Croft, Davies, Dyson, Fate, Foster, Green, Guess, Halcro, Harris, Hayes, Hudson, James, Joule, Kapsner, Kerttula, Kott, Lancaster, Masek, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Moses, Mulder, Murkowski, Porter, Rokeberg, Scalzi, Stevens, Whitaker, Williams, Wilson 2002-03-25 House Journal Page 2672 Excused: Kookesh, Ogan Absent: Kohring And so, SCR 23 passed the House. Without objection, reconsideration of SCR 23 was taken up on the same day. SCR 23 was again before the House in second reading. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Berkowitz: Page 2, line 11, following "Day": Insert "and that this resolution is effective immediately" Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall SCR 23 am H pass the House?"
