The Conference Committee considering HCS CSSB 363(RLS) am H                                         
and CSSB 363(STA) am recommends the following be adopted:                                           
                                                                                                    
     CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 363                                                          
     "An Act relating to communications and elections, to reporting of                              
     contributions and expenditures, and to campaign misconduct in                                  
     the second degree; relating to disclosure by individuals of                                    
    contributions to candidates; and providing for an effective date."                             
                                                                                                    
The report was signed by Representatives Rokeberg, Coghill, Moses;                                  
and Senators Therriault (Chair), Cowdery.                                                           
                                                                                                    
The following fiscal note(s) apply to CCS SB 363:

Representative James moved that the House adopt the Conference                                      
Committee report, thus adopting CCS SB 363 and recommended that                                     
the members vote yes.

CCS SB 363 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and                                      
enrollment.
