The House Special Committee on Oil & Gas has considered:                                            
                                                                                                    
    SENATE BILL NO. 164                                                                             
    "An Act prohibiting leases under the Right-of-Way Leasing Act                                   
    on state land in or adjacent to the Beaufort Sea; and providing for                             
    an effective date."
