Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSB 158(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment. SB 172 Representative James brought up reconsideration of the vote on HCS CSSB 172(JUD) (page 1643). The following was again before the House in third reading: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 172(JUD) "An Act relating to an annual report by the court system to the public and the legislature." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HCS CSSB 172(JUD) pass the House?"
