requests limited powers of free conference on the following specific

The Conference Committee further stated that contingent upon the                                    
granting of limited powers of free conference it agrees to the following

The request was signed by Representatives Kott (Chair), Coghill,

The Speaker granted the limited powers of free conference as                                        
requested.
