Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 29(FIN) am H be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 13. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 13 was offered by Representative Mulder: "* Section 3. The following appropriations are for financing the design, construction, and major maintenance of public school facilities, facilities for the University of Alaska, and facilities for ports and harbors as authorized under HB 234 and set out in section 4 of this Act by funding source to the agencies named for the purposes expressed and lapse under AS 37.25.020, unless otherwise noted.
