Full Journal pdf2002-05-14 House Journal Page 3728 Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 4(CRA) "An Act relating to an optional exemption from municipal property taxes on residential property owned and occupied by certain volunteers who provide fire fighting or emergency medical services; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 4(CRA) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSB 4(CRA) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 4(CRA) pass the House?"
