The question being: "Shall CSSB 219(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 219(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 29 NAYS: 5 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 5 Yeas: Bunde, Chenault, Coghill, Crawford, Croft, Davies, Dyson, Fate, Foster, Green, Guess, Halcro, Harris, Hudson, James, Kohring, Kott, Lancaster, Masek, McGuire, Meyer, Moses, Mulder, Murkowski, Rokeberg, Scalzi, Stevens, Whitaker, Wilson Nays: Cissna, Joule, Kerttula, Kookesh, Morgan Excused: Ogan Absent: Berkowitz, Hayes, Kapsner, Porter, Williams And so, CSSB 219(FIN) passed the House. Representative Coghill gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSSB 219(FIN). Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the reconsideration of CSSB 219(FIN) be taken up on the same day. Objection was heard. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw the motion. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill withdrew the notice of reconsideration on CSSB 219(FIN). Representative Croft gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSSB 219(FIN).
