Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB
82(STA) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and                                     
placed on final passage.                                                                            
                                                                                                    
Representative Croft objected.                                                                      
                                                                                                    
The Speaker stated that CSSB 82(STA) will advance to third reading                                  
on the April 26, 2001, calendar.
