A message dated April 12, 2002, was received stating the Governor is                                
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                                     
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 33(MLV) am                                                    
    Expressing gratitude to President George W. Bush, to the                                        
    President's cabinet, to the men and women of the United States                                  
    armed forces, and to the United States Congress and declaring                                   
    support for the war on terrorism and for the President's effort to
