The House Special Committee on Fisheries has considered:                                            
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 93                                                                               
    "An Act establishing the permit fee for the personal use dip net                                
    fisheries for the Kenai River and the Kasilof River; and providing                              
    for an effective date."                                                                         
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 93(FSH)                                                                   
    "An Act relating to the permit fee for the personal use dip net                                 
    fisheries for the Kenai River and the Kasilof River; and providing                              
    for an effective date."
