     "An Act relating to the advance acquisition of real property for                               
     public purposes."                                                                              
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 500(TRA)                                                                 
     "An Act relating to the advance acquisition of real property for                               
     public purposes; and authorizing pipeline carriers to exercise the                             
     power of eminent domain for pipeline purposes."
