There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 3001(FIN) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 3001(JUD) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. Representative Guess moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Guess was required to vote. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 3001(FIN) am?"
