The Resources Committee has considered:                                                             
                                                                                                    
     SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 22                                                       
     "An Act relating to certain passenger vessels operating in the                                 
    marine waters of the state; and providing for an effective date."                              
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with a forthcoming committee                                          
substitute.
