    "An Act relating to a post-retirement pension adjustment for                                    
    certain persons receiving benefits under the Elected Public                                     
    Officers Retirement System, and establishing and relating to a

Representative Hudson moved and asked unanimous consent that                                        
CSHB 198(RLS) be returned to second reading for the specific                                        
purpose of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection,

Objection was heard and withdrawn.  There being no further objection,
