    HOUSE BILL NO. 198                                                                              
    "An Act relating to a post-retirement pension adjustment and cost-                              
    of-living allowance for persons receiving benefits under the                                    
    Elected Public Officers Retirement System; and increasing the                                   
    compensation of the governor."
