Representative Murkowski moved and asked unanimous consent that                                     
the House adopt the House Labor & Commerce Committee letter of                                      
intent (page 2139) and that it apply to the following:                                              
                                                                                                    
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 343(RLS)                                                    
    "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of                                          
    Professional Counselors; and relating to licensing of professional                              
    counselors."
