Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent that                                      
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.  There being no objection, it was so                                    
ordered and the new title follows:                                                                  
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 470(L&C)(title am)                                                        
    "An Act relating to public offering statements required under the                               
    Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act; and providing for an                                     
    effective date."

reading, and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was
