Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 245(L&C) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. Representative Joule objected. The Speaker stated that CSHB 245(L&C) will be in third reading on the February 8, 2002, calendar.
