SJR 30 A message dated May 5, 2001, was read stating the Senate has concurred in the House amendment to SJR 30, thus adopting: HOUSE CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 30(RES) Urging the United States Forest Service to acknowledge all of the rights of the state to rights-of-way to state highways that pass through federal land.
