There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 177(STA) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. Representative Berkowitz objected. The Speaker stated that CSHB 177(STA) will advance to third reading on the April 11, 2001, calendar.
