Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB
121(RES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and                                    
placed on final passage.                                                                            
                                                                                                    
Representative Berkowitz objected.                                                                  
                                                                                                    
The Speaker stated that CSSB 121(RES) will advance to third reading
