The Speaker waived the House Special Committee on Education                                         
referral for the following at the request of Representative Bunde,

    "An Act relating to charter schools; and providing for an effective                             
    date."                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
HB 101 was removed from the House Special Committee on                                              
Education and referred to the Health, Education & Social Services
