Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
House consider the Senate message (page 721) on the following at this                               
time:                                                                                               
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 100                                                                              
    "An Act establishing the third Saturday of each June as Juneteenth

Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate                                      
amendment to HB 100, thus adopting SCS HB 100(STA), and                                             
recommended that the members vote yes.
