The question being: "Shall HCR 30 pass the House?" Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the following member be excused from a call of the House. There being no objection, the member was excused as noted: Representative Kohring - from 7:06 a.m. to 9:47 p.m., plane time, May 4, 2002 HB 6 Representative Foster added his name as cosponsor to: HOUSE BILL NO. 6 "An Act relating to optional exemptions from municipal property taxes on residential property."
