Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSSHB 16(CRA) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSSHB 16(CRA) was read the third time. **The presence of Representative Croft was noted. The question being: "Shall CSSSHB 16(CRA) pass the House?"
