The Committee requests limited powers of free conference for the specific point listed: Page 9, lines 26 through 31. Contingent upon the granting of limited powers of free conference we agree to the following amendment: Page 9, lines 26 through 31, delete all material. The question being: "Shall the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 103 "An Act relating to election campaigns and legislative ethics"?" The roll was taken with the following result: CCS SB 103 Adopt Conference Committee Report? The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment and enrollment.
