Representative Hayes gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                  
HCR 36 (page 3628).                                                                                 
                                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
Representative Hayes moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
reconsideration of HCR 36 be taken up on the same day.                                              
                                                                                                    
There being no objection, it was so ordered.

    Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                  
    the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 181,                                   
    relating to the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation's small                                      
    community housing loan program and loans for teacher housing.                                   
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall HCR 36 pass the House?"
