Title Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Rokeberg and Berkowitz: 2002-03-22 House Journal Page 2651 Page 1, line 1: Delete "common interest ownership" Insert "public offering statements required under the Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act" Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered and the new title follows: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 470(L&C)(title am) "An Act relating to public offering statements required under the Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act; and providing for an effective date." Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 470(L&C)(title am) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage.
