Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Stevens: Page 2, line 5: Delete "2003" Insert "2004" Page 2, line 12: Delete "2004" Insert "2005" Representative Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted.
