Senator Ward gave notice of reconsideration on SENATE CS FOR CS                                     
FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 225(RLS) "An Act relating to state taxation                                      
of alcoholic beverages; and increasing the alcoholic beverage state tax                             
rates" and moved and asked unanimous consent that it be taken up at                                 
this time. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was before                             
the Senate on reconsideration.
