United States Senator Murkowski delivered his address. This address

Following his address, there was a question and answer period.                 
Senator Murkowski received a standing ovation and was escorted                 
from the chamber by Representative Murkowski.                                  
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the Joint                
Session stand in adjournment.  Without objection, President Pearce
