Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
citations be adopted. Without objection, the citations were adopted

Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                     
excused from a call of the Senate on March 18. Without objection,              
Senator Leman was excused.                                                     
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that President                
Pearce be excused from a call of the Senate from evening plane                 
time, March 18 through evening plane time, March 22. Without

Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
reconsideration on SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 3 Proposing                     
an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to            
the repeal of regulations by the legislature, be taken up at this time.        
Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was before the               
Senate on reconsideration.

reconsideration on SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 3 be held                       
to the March 23 calendar. Without objection, the resolution was held
