The reconsideration on SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                            
NO. 17 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules             
of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 130,                
relating to the practice of architecture, engineering, land surveying,         
and landscape architecture, was not taken up this legislative day and          
the resolution was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
