FOR SENATE BILL NO. 310(FIN) be held on reconsideration to the

Senator Tim Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent that the                   
Senate rescind its action in adopting CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                   
311(FIN) am An Act providing for and relating to the issuance of               
general obligation bonds for the purpose of paying the state cost of           
transportation capital projects; and providing for an effective date.
