The roll of the Senate was called with the following result: SENATE HCS SB 130(JUD) Override Veto YEAS: 15 NAYS: 5 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Torgerson, Ward, Wilken, Donley, Green, Halford, Kelly Pete, Kelly Tim, Leman, Mackie, Miller, Parnell, Phillips, Taylor, Pearce Nays: Adams, Ellis, Elton, Hoffman, Lincoln The roll of the House was taken with the following result: HOUSE HCS SB 130(JUD) Override Veto YEAS: 28 NAYS: 12 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Barnes, Bunde, Coghill, Cowdery, Croft, Davis, Dyson, Foster, Green, Grussendorf, Halcro, Harris, Hudson, James, Kohring, Kott, Masek, Morgan, Mulder, Ogan, Phillips, Porter, Rokeberg, Sanders, Therriault, Whitaker, Williams Nays: Berkowitz, Brice, Cissna, Davies, Joule, Kapsner, Kemplen, Kerttula, Kookesh, Moses, Murkowski, Smalley TOTALS: YEAS: 43 NAYS: 17 and so, the Governors veto of HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 130(JUD) was overridden and the engrossed and enrolled copies were returned to the Office of the Governor at 3:35 p.m., September 25, 1999. Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the Joint Session stand in adjournment. Without objection, President Pearce adjourned the Joint Session at 2:34 p.m.
