The roll of the Senate was called with the following result: SENATE HCS SB 74(RLS) am H Override Veto YEAS: 15 NAYS: 5 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Taylor, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken, Donley, Green, Halford, Kelly Pete, Kelly Tim, Leman, Lincoln, Mackie, Miller, Parnell, Pearce Nays: Adams, Ellis, Elton, Hoffman, Phillips TOTALS: YEAS: 40 NAYS: 20 and so, the Governors veto of HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 74(RLS) am H was overridden and the engrossed and enrolled copies were returned to the Office of the Governor at 3:35 p.m., September 25, 1999. SB 130 Senator Mackie moved that HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 130(JUD) An Act relating to immunity for sale or transfer of a firearm; relating to administrative functions performed by and fees charged by the Department of Public Safety for transfer of a firearm become law notwithstanding the Governors veto. Senator Halford called the Joint Session. The call was satisfied. Representative Barnes rose to a point of order. President Pearce ruled the Senator out of order.
