SENATE BILL NO. 130 An Act relating to immunity for sale or                    
transfer of a firearm; relating to administrative functions performed          
by and fees charged by the Department of Public Safety for transfer            
of a firearm was read the second time.                                         
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
