The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 135(FIN)(title am) Third Reading - On Reconsideration YEAS: 14 NAYS: 6 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Donley, Halford, Kelly Pete, Kelly Tim, Leman, Mackie, Miller, Parnell, Pearce, Phillips, Taylor, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Nays: Adams, Ellis, Elton, Green, Hoffman, Lincoln and so, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 135(FIN)(title am) passed the Senate on reconsideration and was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. SB 110 Senator Taylor requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 110(RLS) An Act relating to liability involving certain property acquired by a governmental entity; and providing for an effective date be taken up. The bill was before the Senate on reconsideration. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate return to second reading for the purpose of rescinding its previous action in adopting the Rules Committee Substitute for SENATE BILL NO. 110. Senator Wilken objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, the bill was returned to second reading.
