Senator Mackie, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Labor and Commerce Committee referral be waived on CS FOR                      
HOUSE BILL NO. 298(L&C) An Act requiring that certain health                   
care insurers provide coverage for treatment of diabetes. Without              
objection, the bill was referred to the Rules Committee.                       
                                                                               
HJR 56                                                                       
Senators Adams, Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent that                 
they be shown as cross sponsors on HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION                      
NO. 56 Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of              
Alaska prohibiting certain initiatives relating to wildlife. Without           
objection, it was so ordered.
