Senator Torgerson, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent                  
that the twenty-four hour notice and publication requirements be               
waived on SENATE BILL NO. 308 An Act relating to certain                       
passenger vessels operating in the marine waters of the state for the          
Finance Committee meeting on April 19. Without objection, it was               
so ordered.
