The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 220 An                        
Act clarifying the requirements for limited liability companies and            
partnerships to qualify for the Alaska bidders and disability                  
preferences under the State Procurement Code; and providing for an             
effective date and recommended it be replaced with                             
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 220(FIN) An Act                                        
relating to the requirements for partnerships and                              
limited liability companies to qualify for the Alaska                          
bidder preference and a certain disability preference                          
under the State Procurement Code; and providing                                
for an effective date.
