Senators Wilken, Leman, Taylor, Tim Kelly moved and asked                      
unanimous consent that they be shown as cross sponsors on CS FOR               
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 13(FIN) Relating to using oil                       
spill settlement funds to create a long-term research and monitoring           
endowment. Without objection, it was so ordered.                               
Senator Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent that she be                  
excused from a call of the Senate on April 9. Without objection,
