HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 21 Relating to new evaluation                       
and selection criteria for military base realignment and closure               
actions, was read the second time.                                             
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
