The question being: Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 7 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State Legislature concerning Senate Bill No. 99, relating to the decennial census of the United States and prohibiting the use of estimates or adjusted census figures in redistricting, pass the Senate?
