Representative Barnes rose to a point of order stating Amendment No.1 impugned the integrity of members of the body and was out of order. Amendment to Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Croft: Following the first WHEREAS clause: Delete all material. Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment to Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 as amended be adopted?"
