Pursuant to Uniform Rule 42(a), the Speaker appointed the following members to a Conference Committee to meet with the like committee from the Senate to consider the above bills: Representative Phillips, Chair Representative Barnes Representative Joule The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. A message dated April 20, 2000, was read stating the Senate has passed the following, and they are transmitted for consideration: FIRST READING AND REFERENCE OF SENATE BILLS SB 310 CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 310(FIN) by the Senate Finance Committee, entitled: "An Act providing for and relating to the issuance of general obligation bonds for the purpose of paying the state cost of school and University of Alaska capital projects; and providing for an effective date."
