Representative Berkowitz objected. The Speaker stated that CSHB 199(FIN) will be in third reading on the May 18, 1999, calendar. The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would stand at ease for a Minority Caucus; and so, the House stood at ease at 10:45p.m. AFTER AT EASE The Speaker called the House back to order at 10:51 p.m. RECONSIDERATION SB 171 Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the reconsideration of HCS SB 171(RLS) am H (page 1556) be taken up on the same day. Representative Berkowitz objected. Representative Green placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall the reconsideration of HCS SB 171(RLS) am H be taken up on the same day?"
