SB 32                                                                        
The following was again before the House:                                      
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 32(FIN)                                   
"An Act making and amending appropriations and                                
reappropriations; making and amending appropriations under art.                
IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the                  
constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective             
date."                                                                         
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that, without objection, the Chief Clerk would              
make the following technical correction (Amendment No. 7) to HCS

Page 37, line 1:                                                               
	Delete "Section 75"                                                           
	Insert "Section 74"                                                           
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that, without objection, HCS CSSB 32(FIN) would             
be moved to the bottom of the calendar.

The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 18,            
1999, calendar (page 1604), was read the third time:

"An Act relating to immunity for sale or transfer of a firearm;
